Safe Sleep Baby

In Sacramento County, half of all infant sleep-related deaths involve Black babies. Many families lack access to safe sleep education and resources, increasing risks of SIDS, SUIDS and other preventable tragedies.

Safe Sleep Baby provides workshops, educational materials and cribs to empower Black families with life-saving knowledge and resources.

Safe Sleep Baby has integrated safe sleep education across all health plans in Sacramento, ensuring every baby has a safe start in life.
